As a conflict resolution practitioner, Zandy’s passion is supporting others to prepare for and participate in difficult conversations. She is a highly competent conflict coach, facilitator, mediator and workplace investigator.

She combines a legal and HR background with years “in the trenches” of industrial relations. Proactively she supports people to manage their own working relationships for strategic advantage. Zandy’s comfort in conflict is contagious as she supports others to identify and implement their options during workplace conflict. Her coaching approach supports and challenges to allow clients to reach better outcomes quicker by providing insights and upskilling. Diagnosing the root cause of workplace issues is a strength. She brings a creativity to problem solving which supports the sustainability of resolution plans. Her clients attest to her neutrality and her clear, pragmatic and realistic approach together with an awareness of organisational and interpersonal sensitivities.

Zandy enjoys the challenge of a mixed client base from government departments, universities through to international law firms, as well as, significant companies in  retail, hospitality and manufacturing.

Zandy has a Law and an Arts degree from Monash University and later completed a Graduate Diploma in HR. She is a nationally Accredited Mediator (IAMA), Workplace Conferencing Facilitator and has a Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching (International Coach Federation Approved), a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, as well as a Mental Health First Aid Certificate and a Risk Assessment and Management Certificate.

Currently, Zandy is  guest lecturing in Monash University’s MBA program and an Associate at CMA Learning Business School Negotiation Course “Getting to Yes” and “Difficult Conversations” and is a Consultant with the prestigious Triad Consulting Group of Boston in their “Thanks for the Feedback” courses.

Zandy will only work with people who want to have better workplace relationships and those who want to become conflict gurus!

Tony is a Director of The ZALT Group, a Human Resources and Employee Relations consultancy that he co-founded.

Developing people in your business is really Tony’s passion. Working with the line mangers, senior managers and people on the floor to develop their skills and capacity to improve your business is what it is all about! Tony’s proven success is in supporting the alignment of operational tasks with business strategy to create improvements in performance, employee engagement and measurable bottom line.

Tony is uniquely placed to work with your people, having experience as an Operational Manager, Employment Lawyer and Employee Relations Manager across a variety of industries. Tony’s strength is providing accurate and practical advice to business operators regarding making decisions that grow their people and protect their business.

Tony is currently a guest lecturer in Monash University’s MBA program, a Member of the Law Institute of Victoria and Member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Network. In addition to this, Tony is a Board Member giving his time and professional expertise to a community education organisation and to e.Motion21. He is also a regular volunteer together with his family at SecondBite.

Tony has a Law degree from Bond University, an Arts degree from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Management from Monash University. Further, Tony has a Certificate IV in Workplace Investigations, has completed the LEADR Mediation Certification program, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, is a Certified Practitioner in Workplace Conferencing and in Risk Assessment and Management.
