We engaged Zandy to conduct a difficult mediation with a team in conflict after a complicated investigation. Zandy quickly built trust with all parties and helped them open up and be honest. She engaged the parties to commit to resuming working relationships and a shared behavioural framework. Everyone gained from her involvement in the discussion.
